Product Information: We try to provide all product details and images as accurately as possible. However, there may be slight variations in color or design due to lighting effects or screen differences.
Price: All prices are quoted in BDT and may include applicable VAT or taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
Order & Payment: The order process begins after full payment is confirmed. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Mobile Payments and Online Bank Transfer.
Delivery & Shipping: We usually try to complete delivery within 2-5 working days. However, there may be delays due to transportation or other reasons.
Return & Exchange Policy:
Adult Clothing: Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 3 days only in case of size issues or defective products.
Gadgets & Accessories: Returns/Exchanges are not accepted after the package is opened, unless the product is defective.
Home Decor: Returns/Exchanges can be made within 3 days of delivery in undamaged condition.
Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled before the product is shipped. Orders cannot be canceled after the product is shipped.
Privacy Policy: We keep your personal information confidential and use it only to process your order and provide better service.
Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time. So please check back regularly.

শর্তাবলী (Terms and Conditions)
SHAPNASHOP-এ স্বাগতম। আমাদের কাছ থেকে পণ্য ক্রয় করার মাধ্যমে আপনি নিম্নলিখিত শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন।
অর্ডার করার আগে অনুগ্রহ করে ভালোভাবে পড়ুন।
পণ্যের তথ্য
আমরা পণ্যের বিবরণ ও ছবি যতটা সম্ভব সঠিকভাবে প্রদানের চেষ্টা করি। তবে আলো বা স্ক্রিনের পার্থক্যের কারণে রঙ বা ডিজাইনে সামান্য ভিন্নতা থাকতে পারে।
মূল্য
সব মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকা (BDT)-তে উল্লেখ করা হয়েছে এবং প্রযোজ্য ভ্যাট বা কর অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকতে পারে। আমরা যেকোনো সময় মূল্য পরিবর্তনের অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।
অর্ডার ও পেমেন্ট
পূর্ণ পেমেন্ট নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হয়। আমরা ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD), মোবাইল পেমেন্ট এবং অনলাইন ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার গ্রহণ করি।
ডেলিভারি ও শিপিং
আমরা সাধারণত ২–৫ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন করার চেষ্টা করি। তবে পরিবহন বা অন্যান্য কারণে দেরি হতে পারে।
রিটার্ন ও এক্সচেঞ্জ নীতিমালা
প্রাপ্তবয়স্কদের পোশাক:
শুধুমাত্র সাইজ সমস্যা বা ত্রুটিযুক্ত পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে ৩ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্ন/এক্সচেঞ্জ গ্রহণযোগ্য।
গ্যাজেটস ও এক্সেসরিজ:
প্যাকেজ খোলার পর রিটার্ন/এক্সচেঞ্জ গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়, যদি না পণ্যটি ত্রুটিযুক্ত হয়।
হোম ডেকর:
ডেলিভারির ৩ দিনের মধ্যে অক্ষত অবস্থায় রিটার্ন/এক্সচেঞ্জ করা যাবে।
অর্ডার বাতিল
পণ্য শিপমেন্টের আগে অর্ডার বাতিল করা যাবে। শিপমেন্টের পর অর্ডার বাতিল করা যাবে না।
প্রাইভেসি নীতি
আমরা আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য গোপন রাখি এবং শুধুমাত্র অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়াকরণ ও উন্নত সেবা প্রদানের জন্য ব্যবহার করি।

আমরা সময়ে সময়ে এই শর্তাবলী হালনাগাদ করতে পারি। তাই নিয়মিত চেক করার অনুরোধ রইল।
